Nordaid's B-complex spray is easily absorbed because the vitamins are delivered through mouth mucosa directly to the bloodstream. It contains combination of B-group vitamins, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal functioning of the nervous and immune system, normal red blood cell formation and maintenance of normal skin, mucus membrane and sight.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use. Spray under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position. If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.

Adults:three sprays daily providing 5 mg (455%*) vitamin B1; 1 mg (71,4%*) vitamin B2; 5 mg (31%*) vitamin B3; 2 mg (33%*) vitamin B5; 1 mg (71,4%*) vitamin B6; 1200 μg (48 000%*) vitamin B12.
